### Rental terms and move-out
**What is the minimum rental period?**
4 weeks. After that, stay as long as you need — there is no maximum term.

**How do I move out?**
Notify the Green Storage team before your next billing cycle. You can schedule a move-out date or arrange a pro-rated option for any extra days needed beyond your billing period. Invoices are sent 7–14 days in advance (or longer at your request) so you always have clear notice before being billed. Once a billing cycle is charged it is not eligible for refund or proration — which is why invoices are sent early and clearly note this policy.
